Weekly drops

When do new batches drop?

Every flavor is baked in small batches and released twice a week — Thursdays at 10am and Sundays at 5pm. Aura Club members get first access before each drop opens to everyone else.

What happens if a flavor is sold out?

It means that batch is gone until the next drop — we bake what sells, not what’s convenient to have sitting around, so popular flavors (looking at you, Bell Bottom Butterscotch) can disappear fast. Check back Thursday 10am or Sunday 5pm, or join the Aura Club for first pick.

Pickup & delivery

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — pickup is available from our Cinco Ranch kitchen, Thursday through Sunday, 10am–6pm (we’re closed Monday–Wednesday for baking). Choose your pickup slot at checkout and we’ll have your box ready and labeled.

Do you deliver, or can I get cookies shipped?

We deliver locally around Katy, Cinco Ranch, and the greater Houston area, and ship cookies that travel well in insulated boxes on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Owner to confirm: exact delivery zones/fees and nationwide shipping rates before checkout goes live — bars like the Lava Lamp Lemon Bar may end up pickup/local-delivery only, since the lemon curd travels less happily than a cookie.

Allergens & gluten-free

What allergens should I know about?

Every treat comes out of one home-style kitchen, so everything we sell is made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts — even flavors that don’t call for a specific allergen by recipe. If you’re managing a serious allergy, message us before ordering so we can talk it through.

Is the Mellow Yellow Oat Cookie really gluten-free?

The recipe is gluten-free — a gluten-free flour blend and rolled oats, no wheat added — but it’s baked in the same kitchen as our wheat-based cookies, so we can’t call it a certified allergen-free product. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, please reach out first so we can talk through precautions.

Custom & event orders

Can I order custom flavors or bulk for an event?

Yes — weddings, parties, corporate boxes, one-off flavors, we’ve built all of it. We ask for at least 5 business days’ notice so we can plan and bake the batch properly. Reach out through the contact page with your date, headcount, and what you’re picturing, and we’ll take it from there.

How does Aura Club billing work, and can I pause or cancel?

Joining sets you up for $38 a month, and your box renews automatically until you pause or cancel — both handled from your account, no phone call needed.

Owner to confirm: exact renewal-date logic and accepted payment methods once the subscription system is configured.

What if a flavor in my Aura Club box isn’t for me?

Message us and we’ll make it right on your next box. We rotate flavors monthly and mix in seasonal ones, and we’ll always keep a known allergy in mind if you tell us when you join — just don’t expect us to reveal next month’s lineup early. That’s half the fun.

Storage & freshness

How long do the cookies stay fresh, and how should I store them?

Most cookies hold up for about 5 days at room temperature in a sealed container or bag — treat them like a good record, out of direct sun and away from heat. Anything with a curd or cream filling, like the Lava Lamp Lemon Bar, keeps best in the fridge and is happiest eaten cold within that same 5-day window.
